Matthew Carle serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Defense & Intel Line of Business at Koniag Government Services (KGS), overseeing operations across seven Operating Groups managing nearly 1,000 employees and 110 active contracts supporting multiple federal agencies.

With strategic responsibility for growth and operational excellence, Matt partners with Defense, Intelligence Community, and Federal Civilian customers to modernize mission-critical data, technology, and processes—transforming decision cycles from days to seconds. His teams focus on innovative technology solutions that drive measurable improvements in mission capability and operational efficiency.

Matt has more than 25 years of experience in public and private sector management consulting, specializing in strategy, innovation, systems engineering, organizational change, program management, and information technology.  His successful experience managing and delivering complex technology integration, enterprise architecture, business engineering, and security solutions across the federal landscape includes an award-winning Artificial Intelligence (AI) based U.S. Army suite of tools recognized for innovation, mission impact, and significant cost savings.

Matt holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University.
