Matthew Carle

Mr. Carle currently serves as the President of the Defense Line of Business at Koniag Government Services. In this role, Mr. Carle is wholly responsible for the Operating Group’s growth and operations with annualized revenue in excess of $80M. He is directly responsible for capturing more than $375M in competitive and sole-source awards over the last 24 months. He specializes in helping both Defense and Federal Civilian organizations optimize investments in their people, processes and technologies to achieve maximum mission performance.

He has 20 years of experience in public and private sector management consulting, concentrating on strategy, systems engineering, organizational change, program management, and information technology. Mr. Carle began his career at Koniag in 2012, leading the development of the company’s growth within the DoD Office of the Secretary of Defense. Prior to joining Koniag, he worked in Program Management at both large and small business supporting a wide range of government clients. Mr. Carle holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Ohio University.
