Chief Business Operations Officer

Aisha McGill serves as Koniag Government Services’ (KGS) Chief Business Operations Officer. Ms. McGill is the architect of a modernization initiative to streamline back-office services for KGS employees. She leads the development, implementation, and management of a continually enhanced roadmap for transforming, integrating, automating, and securing all KGS business systems, processes, and the information technology (IT) infrastructure. This robust internal foundation elegantly scales through an aggressive corporate growth trajectory.

Additional responsibilities include corporate compliance, quality management, marketing and communications, proposal operations, and IT functions. Ms. McGill’s business operations expertise has been instrumental in positioning KGS as a competitor in a full and open marketplace.

A background in business operations, Ms. McGill has nearly 20 years of experience successfully leading and executing growth strategies for several small and large Federal Government contracting organizations. Ms. McGill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from James Madison University where she received her Six Sigma certification. She has bolstered her skills with industry-focused programs at George Mason School of Business and Harvard Law School.
