Project Background Overview:
Provide Content and Configuration support for the EHR and associated clinical information systems to Defense Health Agency (DHA) Health Informatics (HI) organization to include interfacing with Government officials to include program offices both in-agency and inter-agency, other Defense Health Agency, and DoD service entities. The project shall support the management, integration, and stabilization of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) core areas and all Clinical Information Systems in the DHA portfolio. The contractor shall work across clinical domains, internal organizations, governance bodies, federal agencies, and commercial organizations to provide strategic and operational guidance to DHA Health Informatics leadership on how best to increate operational efficiency for information technology and improve patient engagement. Position Overview:
The bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for answering inquiries in English and/or a second language which are received through multiple communication channels. CSRs must complete initial training prior to responding to any inquiries on any channel. CSRs must be proficient in using automated tools, searching and retrieving information, and knowledge of contact management systems. The customer may decide that CSRs are required to handle Personal Identifiable Information (PII) in the future.
Desktop Support Analyst – Denver, CO

The place of Performance of the contract shall be onsite & off-site to provide onsite and/or remote support. This is a direct, full-time position supporting TGS and our government client.

The Voice Engineer job is a mid-level to senior role for someone with at least 7+ years of experience in the field including a minimum of 5 years supporting large scale (Enterprise level) Network Voice product deployments. Network Monitoring Job Summary:
Provide proactive monitoring of critical infrastructure routers, switches, all site communication links and routers. Respond to customer reports of network performance problems and WAN performance monitoring. Two of the following certifications required: CCNA, Network+ or MCSA.
Shift: Sunday to Thursday from midnight until 830am.
